We exist to make hiring less painful — at scale.
Founded in Austin in 2022, Job Machine builds the placement engine the workforce-development world has been missing. We started by helping veterans transition into civilian work. Today we help organizations across the U.S. get thousands of people hired.
Software for the people who help people get hired.
The job market is rigged against job seekers. Resumes get filtered out by ATS, low-conversion job boards drown candidates in rejections, and the organizations trying to help — workforce boards, outplacement firms, veterans services, career services — are stuck doing manual work that doesn't scale.
Job Machine started by automating the parts of the job search that don't need a human: applying to high-conversion roles, optimizing resumes for ATS, scheduling interviews, generating offer paperwork. The result is faster placements, happier candidates, and teams that can finally focus on the work only humans can do.
